RV ASSIGNMENTS
From the show secretary, Megan Murfey:
See attached map for RV assignments for this weekend. Each plug will have a number on it.
When you check in, you must pick up a corresponding # to attach to your rig.
**PLEASE do not change spots or take a number that you are not assigned to without authorization!!
The orientation of your name on the map is the orientation in which you must park your trailer.
If you are arriving Wednesday, the numbers will not be up until late Thursday morning. Please call me (Megan) for assistance finding the correct plug. 603-986-2497

Unauthorized photography of the facility or competitors is not permitted during the show. Permitted photography includes Liz Crawley Photography and staff of Pine Top Farm. Photos and video may be taken by competitors for personal use only. Media requests may be submitted to Virginia Wilson, pinetopeventing@gmail.com.

PINE TOP FARM SHOW GROUND RULES:
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON PINE TOP FARM
DO NOT USE A WATER HOSE TO RINSE OFF YOUR HORSE, IT CREATES MUD. PLEASE USE BUCKETS AND SPONGES.
SCOOTERS AND OTHER MOTORIZED VEHICLES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON CROSS COUNTRY.
IF YOU ARE STABLING ON SITE, PLEASE CLOSE ALL GATES AT NIGHT.
NO MUSICAL STALLS, ALL STALL CHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BY THE SHOW SECRETARY AND DOCUMENTED.
KEEP THE MANURE CLEAN AND FREE OF TRASH. THE MANURE IS SPREAD ON WARM UP AND ON THE FIELDS FOR FERTILIZER.
DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES AND OWNERS ARE EXPECTED TO CLEAN UP DOG’S POOP.
STALLS NEED TO BE CLEANED AT THE END OF THE SHOW.
